Over time, we’ve noticed that investors with a larger fund often ask different questions than first-time buyers. Here’s what we’ve learned so far, and we’re still learning:
We start by listening to their goals first (income, long-term value, or both?)
We share the numbers openly, including the risks
We look at location, especially areas near universities where demand for student housing may stay steady
We never rush. A good decision usually takes time
This is just our experience, not financial advice. Every investor’s situation is different, so please do your own research too. ![]()
